With our remote support offer, we help you solve your most common computer problems and assist you in using your programs and software. All this is done remotely, you stay at your office or home, we take care of the rest.
How we work :
① You contact us and explain the problems with your Mac or PC computer or peripherals.
We analyse your needs and expectations together and agree on the day and time of the intervention together.
② On the day of the intervention, we will send you a link to your email address to allow you to download the software that allows us to control your computer.
No need to panic, if you wish, we will remain in contact with you via a telephone call throughout the duration of our intervention.
③ Once the procedure is complete, we will check with you to ensure that the procedure has been completed successfully.
f this is the case, we will remove the remote support application from your computer.
Alternatively, we can reschedule a second appointment together, coming to your home if necessary.
